Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 1 lb)
- 1 delicata squash, sliced into half-moons
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt, pepper, dill or parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss broccoli & squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika. Roast 10 min.
- Push veggies aside, add salmon. Season with salt, pepper, dill, lemon slices.
- Roast 12–14 min until salmon flakes.
