Ingredients
- 4 naan or pita breads
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup roasted squash (leftover)
- 1 cup spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread naan with tomato sauce. Add toppings and cheese.
- Bake directly on rack for 8–10 min until cheese melts.
