Ingredients

  • 4 naan or pita breads
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup roasted squash (leftover)
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread naan with tomato sauce. Add toppings and cheese.
  3. Bake directly on rack for 8–10 min until cheese melts.
