Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix corn, tomato, lime juice, and salt for salsa.
- Heat skillet. Add tortilla with cheese, chicken, spinach. Top with another tortilla.
- Cook until golden on both sides. Slice into wedges. Serve with salsa.
